Bay Cabins
Six studio-style, air-conditioned log cabins with a beautiful garden view, each with its own deck and view of the Rhyll Inlet, Churchill Island, or Westernport Bay. Book one cabin – or all six.
Choose a bed layout
Queen bed with a single daybed—ideal for a couple plus one.
Two long singles made up as a super-king, or split for friends.
Queen bed that sleeps minimum 2 per cabin, with a choice of additional beds and trundles to sleep up to 5 guests per cabin.

Bay Lodge
A self-contained, two-story lodge with sweeping farm views from both levels, a kitchenette, and a private balcony, built for families and groups who want room to spread out, then gather each evening.

Bay Front Residence
Island Bay’s grandest house, set directly on the waterfront with uninterrupted views over Western Port Bay. A fixed six-bedroom configuration with a stone fireplace lounge, a full kitchen, and its own private frontage – no layout choices, just the whole house.
Choose the left wing of the house if you’ve got a group of 4 and the right wing if you’ve got a group of 9 guests, or the whole house for a group of 13.
